User-account and order data processed through the Tikipik app are hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure (Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, the “Tikipik” brand and name, visual identity, mascot) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher or its licensors. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Photographs imported by users into the app remain their exclusive property; the publisher claims no rights over them beyond what is strictly necessary to manufacture the ordered products.

Liability

The publisher strives to keep the information on the Site accurate; it is provided for information only and is not contractual. Sales of products are governed exclusively by the terms of sale available in the app and on the Site.

Reporting content

In accordance with French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN), any manifestly unlawful content may be reported to contact@tikipik.com.
